Self Mastery Meditation Classes

Kim offers a series of powerful meditation and self-hypnosis classes for rapid self-development, emotional clearing and spiritual expansion. Class will be held once a month, usually on the last Sunday of every month. Each class will be slightly different as the information builds on the class before.  Come to one class or all of them! Class 2: Body-Mind-Spirit Renewal Meditation

Join us in SLO for the second class in this series (open to everyone, even if you missed the first class). We will review Bliss Activation Meditation learned in class 1.  The Renewal Meditation Technique further connects you to your spiritual source and expands it into your daily life. It is also a form of self-hypnosis that works with a specific intention for renewal and rejuvenation.  Whatever is in harmony with your bliss and your highest truth will get strengthened. At the same time, negative thoughts and self-limiting beliefs (especially in the subconscious mind) become neutralized, losing their power to sabotage your life.  Similarly the neutral thoughts become positive in order to fuel you with more energy, inspiration and passion for life.  Kim will also teach the “Human Reset Button” technique. It’s a very quick way to reset your nervous system and transform strong negative emotions during any kind of crisis situation.  With regular practice, it becomes a fast, easy way to shift your emotional state in a matter of seconds.
