Here is my favorite Green Smoothie personal creation:


APPLE GINGER BLISS

1 cup chopped apple
1 cup parsley greens
1/2 a lemon
small chunk of ginger
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1/4 tsp. green unrefined stevia leaf powder (or more, to taste)

Blend till smooth in a Vitamix or High Speed Blender. Serves 2

I love this drink in the morning. It is quite refreshing and I can almost feel its power when it reaches my kidneys! LV it!
