What to Eat!!!! Share your satisfying raw creations here.
Here is my favorite Green Smoothie personal creation:
APPLE GINGER BLISS
1 cup chopped apple 1 cup parsley greens 1/2 a lemon small chunk of ginger 1 cup water 1 cup ice 1/4 tsp. green unrefined stevia leaf powder (or more, to taste)
Blend till smooth in a Vitamix or High Speed Blender. Serves 2
