You can dramatically maximize your health & vitality with a Raw, Living Foods approach to eating. The raw foods approach means eating raw, vegan, uncooked foods: No cooking steaming, grilling, microwaving, frying and no high temperatures at all.   Some people feel confused, even panicked at the thought of not eating meat, dairy, refined bread/grains and cooked or processed foods.  The first and most common question from the uninitiated is always:  What, exactly, do you eat and how do you get protein?  Many find it hard to believe that you can feel healthy and fulfilled subsiting primarily on vegetables, fruits, sprouts & sprouted grains, nuts, seeds, seaweeds, superfoods & unrefined fats.  And there is a common misconception that you cannot get enough protein this way. Why is eating uncooked foods beneficial?  There are many advantages which we will cover here. But the main thing to keep in mind is that Raw foods have active enzymes as well as more nutrients and fiber than cooked foods do. Simply stated, cooking at high temperatures destroys the enzymes in your food. Fresh, Raw foods are potent and nourishing in the way nature intended.  Cooked foods, processed foods and even most nutritional supplements do not have the same vitality as Living Foods. Many people have experienced phenomenal results by switching to a raw foods lifestyle.  Our goal is to share the knowledge and make available information, tools and resources to anyone interested in getting started on RAW!
